High Point Dressage & Equitation

Happy New Year!
Happy 2009!

HPF, Inc. welcomes the New Year with a new name: High Point Dressage and Equitation. In the near future, Cindy Thaxton will relocate her dressage and lesson programs to a première indoor facility, currently under construction. Until then, Cindy, Kristi and Jessie will offer instruction at beautiful Oconee County Heritage Park, five miles south of Bishop on US 441.

Moving in to Heritage Park

For those of us connected with High Point Farm, 1171 Astondale Road was more than just a place to board horses and take lessons. It was a community of riders and horses of all ages -- a community unified in its pursuit of excellence in dressage, jumping, and equitation by dedicated and skilled instructors. Although we no longer call Astondale Road home, the High Point community remains united by shared memories of the lessons, trail rides, parties, clinics and competitions held there.
Thank you for your loyal support.

Thank you!
High Point "Moving Company"
Many hard-working volunteers gave freely of their time and eased the transition from High Point Farm to Heritage Park. We thank: Arlene, Alex and her friends, Becky, Brooke, Chelsea, Chuck and Zanne, Jess and her friends, the Jeralds, Julian, Kristi, Margie, Martha, Mauriel, the Meyers and doubtless others who I might have inadvertently missed. [My apologies.]
High Point "Caterers"
Margie provided a delicious Jersey Mike's lunch for the volunteers, and Alex helped immensely: she delivered the subs and drinks at precisely the right moment!
